Performance V-Twin Store offers the following Returns Policy: Please email me directly with any questions before bidding or buying. Parts will only be replaced if damaged during shipping. No returns on used or installed parts. Restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from payment on items purchased incorrectly. Please contact Performance V-Twin before returning parts to receive an RMA # as items returned without an RMA # will be refused. Manufactuer warranty does not cover shipping and only covers replacement parts. No refunds.

When Free shipping is offrered it is available for the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii. Additional fees will be applied. Performance V-Twin does not cover customs fees and will invoice international customers for additional shipping costs only.
NJ Customers must pay state tax.    Ebay bidder please read: Performance V-Twin makes every effort to have the listed product in stock at the time the auction ends. Due to the many different applications; retail sales and product variations it may be necessary to order your specific otem from our supplier. This can result in additional time before we are able to ship the product to you sometimes adding 3-5 days. Please note if you are planning to pick items up at our retail location you must bring a copy of the auction in order for us to honor the ebay price.
